Tamim Zarfam Mashregh Zamin Company, operating under the “Sarij” brand and managed by Mr. Ahmad Jahanshiri, began its specialized activities in 2011. Relying on our private organic farms in the heart of Khorasan, we oversee the complete chain from cultivation to export. This has resulted in creating jobs for 2,000 people and providing a direct-to-market product. Today, with an active presence in more than 20 countries including Germany, France, and Oman, Sarij connects the authenticity of Iranian saffron to international tables through modern packaging and global standards.
